We check what your plan supports, configure useful built-in features, and scope the connections you still need. These are platforms we assess, not partner endorsements or prebuilt GGS integrations.

CourtReserve

Start with its existing waitlists and reminders. Custom connections require eligible API access.

Check API access

Playtomic

Booking data can support reporting and follow-up. Its current API is read-only, so bookings stay in Playtomic.

Check supported access

Mindbody

Booking and client updates can drive connected follow-up once developer and business access is approved.

See connection requirements

Upper Hand

Put registration and membership links on your website. Deeper automation needs a separate access check.

QuickBooks + Stripe

Check the existing Stripe Connector first. Add booking context and exception reports where the standard setup leaves gaps.

A booking and a bank deposit don’t always match. Fees, refunds and timing can explain the difference. Here’s how a connected workflow could make that visible.

04 / Proven on a big event day

Built for
real game days.

For the WM Phoenix Open, a PGA TOUR event, GGS built the inventory and analytics system behind the bars: a three-tier warehouse, hole and bar distribution model with order approvals, fulfillment tracking and end-of-event reconciliation. Engaged through Arizona Liquor Industry Consultants.

A club with four courts is smaller, but the discipline is the same: clear roles, reliable handoffs and a record of what happened.
