Bookkeeping and CFO services linked from this website are offered separately through Erick’s practice and are subject to the applicable engagement agreement. Descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Information on the site is for general purposes and is not a guarantee of any specific result.
4. Bookings and engagements
Where the site lets you book a call or contact us, you agree to provide accurate information. Paid engagements are governed by the individual proposal, statement of work, or service agreement for that engagement, which controls over these Terms where they conflict.

You and Growth Group Solutions LLC waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect when we post the updated Terms with a new effective date.
