This Privacy Policy explains how Growth Group Solutions LLC, doing business as GGS Consulting ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit growthgroupsolutions.com or contact us. By using the site you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book a call, send us the contact form, call our phone line, or email us, we collect what you provide, which may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, the software you use, message details, and any information you choose to include. Calls to our phone line may be answered by an AI assistant and transcribed so we can respond to your request.
Contact form. When you submit the form on our homepage, the details you enter are sent to a workflow service we host (automation.growthgroupsolutions.com) which emails them to Carlos Gazca and Erick Gamez. We use them only to reply to you. If that service is unavailable, the site prepares an email draft on your device instead, and we receive it only if you send it.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we may collect technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring page, through cookies and similar technologies, but only in the categories you allow through our consent banner. Our web host may also process technical information such as your IP address and request details to serve and secure the site.
Cookies and tracking technologies. We use the following categories, controlled through our consent banner:
- Strictly necessary: required for the site to function and to remember your consent choice.
- Analytics: self-hosted Umami analytics (analytics.growthgroupsolutions.com) to understand which pages and examples are used. No data is sold or shared with ad networks.
- Advertising: a Meta (Facebook) pixel used to measure our advertising, loaded only if you accept the advertising category. If we are not running advertising, this category loads nothing.
Scheduling and external links. Choosing a time opens our self-hosted scheduling site at book.growthgroupsolutions.com. The site may pass the package or example you were looking at into the booking notes so we are prepared for the call. Other linked websites, including our co-founder's financial practice at goggsconsulting.com, have their own practices.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to your inquiries, provide and improve our services, schedule and confirm appointments, understand how the website is used, measure advertising (with your consent), send service and (with consent) marketing messages, maintain security, and comply with law.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with:
- Service providers and processors that operate our hosting, email, scheduling, workflow and communications tools. Umami analytics, Cal.com scheduling and the n8n workflow service run on infrastructure we control.
- Advertising and analytics partners, only to the extent you consent through our banner.
- Authorities or others when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Some sharing for advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. See Section 6.
5. Your choices
- Consent banner: accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies at any time through the banner and the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): we honor GPC browser signals as a request to opt out of sharing your information for targeted advertising.
- Marketing: opt out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link, and of text messages by replying STOP.
6. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise the right to opt out, use the Cookie preferences link in the footer, enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, or contact us at [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Growth Group Solutions LLC does not currently meet the CCPA/CPRA applicability thresholds; we honor these requests as a matter of policy.
7. Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children's privacy
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, prompt you again through the consent banner.
