Founded by cousins Carlos Gazca and Erick Gamez, Growth Group Solutions is deeply rooted in our upbringing. Both of us grew up in households where our parents built successful small businesses—Carlos’s father as an electrical contractor and Erick’s father as a mechanic. From an early age, we were immersed in the world of small business ownership, where we saw the grit, dedication, and challenges required to turn a vision into reality.

As young adults, we worked alongside our parents to grow their businesses, learning firsthand how impactful streamlined operations and efficient systems could be. Later, as we moved into corporate roles, we gained a new appreciation for the power of structured processes and innovative tools that could transform any business. This blend of personal experience and corporate expertise inspired us to launch Growth Group Solutions, a company dedicated to empowering small businesses just like the ones we grew up in.
